We strive to use the most current and evidenced based assessment methodologies for our clients. Additional information about the systems can be found below
Selective Functional Movement Screen (SFMA)
The SFMA is a clinical assessment for those who experience pain. It is a movement based diagnostic system which systematically finds the cause of pain - not just the source - by logically breaking down dysfunctional movement patterns in a structured, repeatable assessment.

Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS)
DNS is a manual and rehabilitative approach to optimize the movement system based upon the scientific principles of developmental kinesiology (DK). DNS is not just a technique but an overall strategy designed to better understand the neurophysiological principles of locomotor system function.

Functional Range Conditioning (FRC)
Functional Range Conditioning (FRC®), is a system of joint health, and mobility training based in scientific principles and research. Mobility refers to the amount of USABLE motion that one possesses across a particular articulation (joint). The more mobile a person is, the more they are able to maximize their movement potential safely, efficiently, and effectively.
